Diana White Londoño is a lawyer from Universidad EAFIT and a specialist in Commercial Law from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. She obtained a diploma in Urban and Real Estate Law at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and has extensive experience in Commercial, Civil and Real Estate Law.

She has worked as a consulting lawyer in the financial sector, advising on issues such as construction loans and leasing operations. She has also worked in several law firms, providing legal support to construction companies in the structuring, analysis and supervision of real estate projects, real estate acquisitions, incorporation of commercial trusts and title searches.

Additionally, she has extensive experience as an advisor to private sector companies and in the design of commercial contracts, shareholders' agreements, in the incorporation and liquidation of companies, in mergers, spin-offs and transformation of companies, and in all aspects related to the registration of acts in the Commercial Registry.
